Shields & Associates has over 85 years of combined experience in commercial construction management and maintenance. We provide new construction and redevelopment for retail, restaurants, schools, government facilities, dental offices, medical facilities and city parks. In 2005, Shields & Associates was created with the idea that our construction services would make a positive impact in our community. For a crucial competitive edge he also leverages years of experience as a quality manager for a national company by applying quality management and process improvement principles to the work of Shields and Associates.

    GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT - David has been a construction supervisor for over 20 years. His experience includes retail, office, light industrial, educational, corrections, civil and medical. David provides support and direction to the site superintendents as well as in-house crews.

    VICE PRESIDENT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - Hunter Main holds an BS degree in accounting from Harding University. Hunter provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that our company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow Shields & Associates.

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & RAINBOW INTERNATIONAL GENERAL MANAGER - Benjamin Shields achieved a B.S. degree in Accounting and a Master’s of Business Administration from Harding University. Benjamin started out as a laborer and has worked his way into his current role as a project manager. Benjamin provides financial knowledge and leadership to deliver a great product to our customers.

    DIRECTOR OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT - Service - Over 20 years of project management, and both residential and commercial construction. Ken Main holds an Applied Sciences Degree from DeVry Institute of Technology, in both electronics engineering and computer science for business. Ken is currently serving as the Director with our service department. He leads our Service department to ensure your service needs are identified properly, completed efficiently and with quality beyond your expectations.
